	Buyer Agent and Listing Coordinator Born in Morristown TN, graduated from Tennessee High School in Bristol TN.  BS in business administration from East Tennessee State University, two years in the US Army Field Artillery, honorably discharged after achieving the rank of First Lieutenant.  Worked for Burlington Industries for two years in Mooresville, NC.  Worked with many wonderful people at First Factors Corporation in High Point for over twenty-five years.  In addition to First Factors, worked with numerous factoring and commercial finance companies such as Southeastern Financial, GE Capital and SunTrust Factoring over a period more than thirty years. In addition to working in the commercial finance field, was also active with Mooresville Jaycees, Eastern Music Festival and the High Point Arts Council.  Married to Mary Ann Rose Hart for almost forty years.  Have know Carol Ferrell for twenty some years and am looking forward to working with her at Carol Ferrell and Associates
