We have been building quality custom homes in the Triad area while building our reputation for constructing a quallity product at the same time.  Each Swift Creek home is built to meet the buyer's specific needs. There is no list of "standard features".  We operate with the simple philosophy that homes should be built for people, not "buyers".  We know we are only as good as our last satisfied homeowner.  Since much of a home's quality is hidden to the untrained eye, our philosophy is that we build our homes as if they were our own.

As owner's of Swift Creek Construction, LLC, we are both licensed general contractors who have a "hands on" approach.  Our clients are always able to contact us directly, there are no secretaries or foremen to fight through before you reach us.  We will quickly respond to your questions or concerns.  As you begin your building experience, we can guide you through the process.  We will help you evaluate your lot or proposed building site to determine its compatibility with your design.  You can choose from a stock plan or we will help design your dream home.  We not only intergrate your wishes and lifestyle with your budget, but also create realistic expectations with which you can make objective decisions.
